Application :

The Buncher is used for multi strand twisting of bare and plated wires which produce strandard Bunched conductors and unilay stranded electrical conductors (7 and 19 wires for unilay ) .
 

 Features :

 The Double twist Buncher is making two twist in one turn of the bow. In double twist Bunching machine the take up bobbin is installed and a bow is rotating around the payoff . Lay length set by change gear . Drive by Ac motor ( For driving the bow , capstan and bobbin ) . Platform attached for loading and unloading the bobbin . Entire machine is covered with sound proof protection cabinet.

The payoff for the individual products are outside of the machine.
