Application and features :-

The portal take up / payoff with auto traversing type is based on a self supported frame which hold two arms where the pintles are mounted . These machines are mounted on a rail system fixed in the flour . The complete machine can be moved side ways on those rails and also have the possibility to move only one arm at a time.

This is permitted by one time beam sliding on the supporting structure to load different sizes of the reel. Each arms is fitted with an endless screw and a gear motor to allow vertical movement on each side .

The drive cabine is mounted on a frame on the machine structure itself . An operating pane in also mounted on this cabinet.
