Driven pay off tangential type with tension and Rpm control .The Driven pay off is a universally applicable and easily loadingoperational pay off for single and multiwires. The pay off is controlled via dancer arm by mean got sensor and is used to feed extrusion lines and bunching machines as well as stranding machines . The spool shaft with bearings on one side is driven by an Ac motor . It is also available as double head machine.

The pay off is appropriated for coils with bobbins with flange diameters of 630 /800 mm and achieves a max wire speed of 450 m/min . The tension range is adjusted by current control and Frequency adjustment of a stand still motor that gives back ension to the dancer arm.
